The proposed project should be approved by the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka.

Procedure for Submitting of Applications
There is no special application form used for this purpose, and, necessary information can be obtained;

Service Charges: No fees charged.

Time taken to Provide Services (General and priority services)
Depends a time period of 01 - 21 days for identification of lands.

Required Documents
The Letter of Approval issued by the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka for the proposed project should be produced.

Exceptional and Special Circumstances
Details of lands and owners of lands (both individuals and organizations) registered in the “Land Bank” will be made available to the investors as and when inquiries for lands are made
