Obtaining a New Assessement Number

Eligibility:

  1. The deed to prove ownership ( Deed of Gift,Transfer)
  2. The plan of the land should be produced.
  3. Obtaining the report of Revenue Inspector or Revenue Superintendent

Process of Submitting Applications

Places from Where Applications can be Obtained: Assessment Section

Fees Payable for Obtaining Application: Rs.112.00

Hour for Submitting Application: On working days between 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Fees Payable for the Service: Rs.38.72

Time Taken for the Service (Ordinary Service and Priority Service)

Supporting Document Required

  1. A photocopy of the deed produced in proof of ownership
  2. Photocopy of the plan of the land
