Free Ayurvedic Dispensary - Piliyandala

Eligibility:

Process of Taking Medicine : Having obtained prescription forms from the Ayurvedic dispensary, the doctor should be informed of the symptoms of the illness.

Places From Where Prescription Forms can be Obtained: Kesbawa Urban Council, Free Ayurvedic Dispensary, Kesbawa.

Fees Payable for Obtaining Application : No

Time for Obtaining Prescription Forms and Treatment
On weekdays - 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

On Wednesdays, the dispensary will be closed from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in view of the treatments carried out at the clinic at Erawwala.

On Thursdays, the dispensary will be closed in the afternoon as the staff goes to the clinic of the Salina Elders Home at Gangabada Road.

On Saturdays – 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Charges to be Paid for the Services: No

Time Taken for the Service (Ordinary Service and Priority Service): Then and there.
