This certificate is issued to certify that a building has been constructed according to an approved survey plan. Once the building is constructed this certificate should be obtain from the pradeshiya sabha before going into occupation for this purpose.

• An application form should be obtain from the office on payment of Rs. 200.00 more over payment also will have to be made according to the area of the building in square feet.
• If the construction cannot be completed with in a one year the period should be extended.
• It the validity period of the approved plan has exceeded three years a fresh application should be forwarded with the photocopy of the relevant approved plan.
• The plan will be forwarded to the planning committee after obtaining the recommendation of the technical officer or the public health inspector.
• The certificate of conformity will be issued after receiving committee approval.
