In case of any child abuse or violation of the Rights of the child, you can telephone the No. 1929. It is the telephone number of the children assisting division of the Ministry of Child Development and Woman Empowerment. In case , this telephone number can not be connected, a complaint either in writing or verbal can be made to this Department. On receipt of such complaint, the department will

1. Conduct a proper investigation
2.Take necessary steps for the Best interest of the Child.

Any incident of physical or sexual harassment to a child in any part of the country ,could be intimated to this department.
