Eligibility:- a) Any structure within 500m of any Airport in Sri Lanka b) High-rise buildings more than 3 floors located within 500 m and 6 km from any airport c) All high-rise structures above 45m Method of submitting application:- Places where application form could be obtained: - Submit a letter addressed to the Director General of Civil Aviation authority of Sri Lanka requesting a height clearance for a specific location or proposed structure. {e.g. Request for Height Clearance approval for the proposed at
Payment for application: - Cash / Cheque Time to submit application: - 0900 -1530 hrs (Monday to Friday) Fees paying to obtain this Service:- Structure height below 19 m - Rs. 2,000 + TAX Structure height above 19 m - Rs. 10,000 + TAX Period Taken to provide the Service (Ordinary Service and Priority Service):- One week from date of submission . If a site inspection is required then above period may increase Necessary Supporting Documents:- Location map, survey plan land & Architectural drawings (Plan & Elevation Plan) Staff Officers in charge of the Service:-
