Domestic Tourism
•There is a boom in domestic tourism in Sri Lanka and people can freely move around the country,
which was restricted in the past due to the security situation in the country.
Domestic Holiday Resorts
SLTDA operates pilgrim guesthouses at Kataragama and Anuradhapura;
and bungalows type of accommodation at Nuwara Eliya, Bandarawela and Bentota.
Details regarding the facilities available in these guesthouses are given in the table below.
