• All tourist service providers should confirm the ownership on submission of registered deed or lease agreement.

• The license will be issued only till the end of lease agreement (if applicable).

• In the case of change of ownership or address valid deed or lease agreement and a new business registration with necessary changes to be submitted to consider the renewal of license.

• All licensee should complete the Tourism Development Levy (TDL) payment on submission of annual audited statement and payment of TDL up to the last quarter from the date of submitting the
• Renewal Application.

•In the event of the establishment close for business the owner need to keep Director/Standards and Quality Assurance informed (in writing) within three months
