2.6.1Requirements: For Timber / Timber products

a)Should not be made of Ebony and calamander or should not mix those timber species.
b) Transport permit has to be produced for new furniture
c)The attached certificate has to be produced for used furniture and furniture brought under transport permits(annex 2.6.1 C)

2.6.2Process of forwarding the application form ;(Places of obtaining & submitting application form :

Head Office, Forest Department, No : 82, Rajamalwatta Road, Battaramulla.

2.6.2.1.Payment that has to be made to obtain; no payment has to be made

2.6.2.3.Time of submitting the application form; from 9.00 am to 3.00 Pm of any working day if the week

2.6.2.4.Payment that has to be made to obtain the particular services

2.6.3.Duration that takes to provide the application form: Within 04 working days after submitting the application form.

1.Application
2.Transport permit and the declaration certificate for new furniture
3.The declaration certificate for used furniture

2.6.5.Staff officer in charge

2.6.6.Situation that deviate from above requirement and special information
