Eligibility

• Whilst no lands are distributed to the middle class at present, action is being taken to collect the assessed amount in respect of lands issued on permits and issue grants.
• For this the relevant permit should be submitted.

Method of Submitting Application:
Relevant documents should be submitted through the divisional secretary/provincial land commissioner.

1. Development report stating that the land had been developed appropriately
2. Assesment report of the relevant land
3. Receipts for payment of assessed amount and service charges or contiranteri from the divisional secretary about payments.
4. Completed form L.C.156 in 03 copies and diagram.

Fees Paying to Obtain This Service: The assessed amount and thservice charge relating to the land would be levied according to circular no:08/1982 and 5/??.?. dated 16th May 1990. Service charge of Rs.250.00 is collected per unit of 5 acres.

Period Taken to Provide the Service (Ordinary Service and Priority Service): A period of 02 months

Necessary Supporting Documents: Birth certificate or Affidavit declaration should be submitted to prove relationship
