Eligibility:

• Plantaion community living in line houses
• Land slide affected and fire affected plantation community
• Plantaion community living in landslide prone areas specially high risk areas
• Upgrading the existing line rooms as an interim measure

Method of submitting application:-
Request to be chaqnneled through the Estate Manager with recommedccation to the Plantaiton Human Development Trust (PHDT) to the Ministry.

Period taken to provide the Service (Ordinary Service and Priority Service)
Total cycle of 10 Months

Necessary Supporting documents.

• Request letter from the Regional Plantation Company (RPC)
• List of benificiaries centified by estate Manager of the RPC & PHDT
• NBRO clearance suitability of the land
• Consent letter from the RPC to release the land
• Project concept document
