Obtaining Preliminary Planning Clearance for Hotel Projects

Eligibility
Should be the Developer

From where an application can be obtained?
The applications can be obtained from theUDA Head Office, Enforcement Division or any Provicial Office or Sub-Office free of charge.

Hours for submitting applications
The applications can be submitted during any week day between 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

Service Charge
Small-Scale Projects ( less than 5 Million Rupees)= Rs.10,000.00 + VAT+ NBT
Medium-Scale Projects (between 5 to�50 Million Rupees)= Rs.50,000.00 + VAT + NBT
Large-Scale Projects (above 50 Million Rupees)= Rs.150,000.00 + VAT + NBT

Time taken to provide the service
About three weeks.

3.Rough plan of the proposed project
4.Rough sketch showing the route to access the land�
