Obtaining Preliminary Planning Clearance for Telecommunication Towers

Procedure for submitting applications
Applications are referred to this Authority by the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission
Inquiries can be made about the applications forwarded to UDA during any week day between 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

Service Charge
For Height more than 5m but less than 20m = Rs. 20,000 + VAT + NBT
For every meter more than 20m = Rs. 100

Time taken to provide the service
About three weeks.

Supporting documents required
1.Copy of the survey plan
2.Sketch of the route to access the land
3.If the tower is constructed (mounted) on the building
4.Approved building plan
5.Certificate of conformity
