Pre-requisite When a permanent service connection cannot be obtained and for a special occasion. Ex: for a funeral 1. Letter from the consumer who is willing to extend the supply 2. Bill which has been settled fully (with receipt).
Applications can be obtained from Offices of Area Engineers in respective areas.
