Fees Payable for Obtaining Application Forms: No fee is charged

Hours for Submitting Applications: From 09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.

Fees Payable for Obtaining the Service: Nil

Time Taken to Provide the Service (Ordinary and Priority Service): Immediately on submission of application

Supporting Documents Required
National Identity Card or any other document to prove identity and the pass book.

Exceptions or Instances Outside the Above Requirements and Special Information

1. Maximum amount through Post Offices - Rs. 15, 000.00
2. Maximum amount through Sub Post Offices - Rs. 5,000.00
3. No limit for the amounts payable through fax.
