Introduction
This service is provided under the Section 18(1) of the Urban Development Authority Act. When relevant lands or buildings are leased�a tender notice is published in all the news papers calling for tenders.

2.Calling for tenders through newspapers
3.Approval of the Board of Management

From where an application can be obtained?
Applications can be obtained from the Land Development and Management Division and �Land Sales Promotion�Division�of UDA

Hours for submitting applications
Applications can be submitted during office hours 9.00 a.m - 4.00 p.m.

Fees payable for obtaining the agreement
As stated in the tender notice or the total value to be paid for the land, house or shop for which the agreement is required.

Service Charge
Legal fees, tax and stamp fees

Time taken�to provide �the service
Agreement can be released to the buyer in three weeks’ time after receiving the relevant details for the preparation of the agreement.
