Who Can Apply

• Organizers of Agriculture Exhibitions who are interested in having an exhibition stall on EAC
• Any other interested parties

Process of Reservation
Requests can be made directly to the Director General or to the Assistant Director (communication). Also requests can be made to DG through Deputy Directors and District Assistant Directors.

Nature of Service
The department will provide full exhibition stall with built-in auideo visuals. If specially requested ground demonstration plots can be established.

Fees payable to obtain the service

• No fees but based on the nature of the service certain expenses on establishing the stall have to bone by organizers.
• Water and electricity charges have to be bone by the organizers.

Time required
Atleast one month before the exhibition. If ground demonstrations are needed more time is required.
