Eligibility
All Exports should be Non – commercial Items except for Timber

Timber	Letter from Department of Forest Conservation
.	Invoice of the items to be exported stating the value of the items
Film props	Clearance letter from the Film Corporation
Exportation of Machines for repairs and return	Machine details, invoices, copies of import letter

Application Form

Application for License to Export Goods on a Non-commercial basis
Invoice
Letter of Recommendation (when necessary)
Confirmation documents

Procedure
Step 1: Importer obtains Application Form from Unit 5.
Step 2: Applicant fills the Application Form.
Step 3: Obtains the Request letter from the relevant authority.
Step 4: Hands over the application form to Unit 5 with support documents
Step 5: Applicant pays license fee to the Cashier.
Step 6: Unit 5 issues the license.

Process Time Line: One or two days.
Validity Time Line: Validity Period for Exports is 01 month

Costs Related to the Service

Cost:
Fee: All Exportations will be charged Rs.1000.00
Surcharge: No Surcharge
