Qualifications required

Any person could obtain the following details of projects. (Reports are categorized according to Location/Export Processing Zone and Product/Service classifications).

• Name of the project
• Product or service
• Following contact details of the coordinating officer
� Telephone Number, Fax Number & E-mail Address.

• Following details of the Head Office and the Factory
� Address, Telephone Number, Fax Number, E-mail address & Website Address.

Only soft copies of the above details (on CDs) are available for sale, categorized as follows.

1. Projects in commercial operation.
2. Projects which have signed agreements with the BOI and awaiting commercial operation.

Above mentioned two sets of details (CDs) could be obtained from the Information Technology Department of the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka.

Those two sets of details could also be obtained from the BOI Website (www.investsrilanka.com) as well, on making payment through Credit Cards.

Time Allotted for obtaining and collecting above two reports (CDs) :
From 8:30 am to 4:00 pm on public working days.

Charges for the two reports:

1. Details of projects in commercial operation at present.

Price per CD : Rs. 2,500.00 + 12% VAT = Rs. 2,800.00

2. Details of projects which have signed agreements with the BOI and awaiting commercial operation.

Price per CD : Rs. 1,750.00 + 12% VAT = Rs. 1,960.00

3. Apart from above;

Details of projects approved during the resent past month, and details of projects which have signed agreements during the resent past two months could be obtained via e-mail monthly, by making the following payment for six months;

Rs. 6,000 + 12% VAT = Rs. 6,720

4. Downloading from the BOI Website (www.investsrilanka.com) on making following payments through Credit Cards.

Details given in 1 & 2 above � � � � � � � = Rs. 1,000 or US $ 10
Details added subsequently (3 above) = Rs. �� 500 or US $ � 5

Note :������ 1. Payments for 1, 2 & 3 above could be made at;

����� 2. Collection of CDs could be done by producing the payment receipt at the;

Time taken to Provide Services (General and priority services)
About half an Hour.

Required Documents :
At the time of collection of CDs from the IT Department, the receipt obtained from the Finance Department should be produced.
