Places From Where Application Forms can be Obtained: To be self-made by applicants.

Fees Payable for Obtaining Application Forms: No charge.

Time During Which Application are to be Submitted: From 9:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m.

Fees Payable for Obtaining the Service: Cost of the respective machine

Time Taken to Provide the Service (Ordinary Service and Priority Service): Until approval of the Post Master general is receive (approximately 03 days)

Supporting Documents Required: Information required by the Post Master general.

Exceptions or Instances Outside the Above Requirements and Special Information.
Post stamp machines will be supplied by the Agent Company. Rules sale and usage and the P.M.G’.S Account Number which should be mentioned in cheques and other particulars should be obtained.
