Payments for Application Forms: None

Time to Submit the Application Forms: 9:00am to 3:00pm on week days

Service Charges: Payment depends on the time period of the weather report.

The Time for the Service(Normal and Prime Services): The time will be decided on the data and information in the report.

Required Documents: It is necessary to providing a complete description about the Time Period or Time, Location and Area (Sea – Land) of weather report is needed by the person/institute with Telephone, Fax numbers and Address
