1. The projects should be approved and entered into agreements with the BOI.
2. Exports should have been made to European countries.

Procedure for Submitting of Applications :

Time Allotted for Submitting of Application :

On public working days : From 8:30 am to 4:15 pm.
On Saturdays : From 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Service Charges : The Board of Investment of Sri Lanka does not charge any fees for this purpose.

Time Taken to Provide Services (General and priority services) :
Approximately 12 - 15 minutes.

Required Documents :
Documents in proof of exports;
1. Export CUSDEC with verification endorsement
2. Bill of Lading or Airway Bill for air-shipment
3. Invoice
4. Adjusted Invoice as necessary

Exceptional and Special Circumstances :
Granting of approval depends on the nature of the request.
