Obtaining Consultancy Services for Project Design, Management and Implementation

Introduction
This service is offered under the powers given under the Urban Development Authority Act No.41 enforced in 1978

Eligibility
Government/Local Government/Private Organisation or any Sri Lankan who wishes to obtain consutancy services for development projects

Procedure for submitting applications
No specific application. A letter can be sent to the chairman or Director General of UDA, informing the service required.

Hours for submitting letters
From 9.00 am to 4. 00 pm – Every working day

Service Charge
Frees based on the recommended rates of the Sri Lanka Institute of Architects

Time taken to provide the service
Depends on the size of the project.

Supporting documents required
Documents required depend on the service requesting. Details of the documents required will be informed after an agreement is signed to obtain the service.
