Requirements for shifting a license from the present premises to another premises.

1.    License should be obtained for the current year.

2.    Application Fee is Rs. 7500/=

3.    Distances from proposed premises to Schools and the  religious places:-

    100 Mtrs for retail issues
    500 Mtrs for the consumption in the premises

4.    Survey Report

5.    Plan (Floor) authorized by Local Authorities.
6.    Divisional Secretary’s Report and the Police Report
7.    Deed with regard to the ownership and its certified copy.  If the premises does not belongs to the Licensee, the consent letter / agreement certifying the Owner’s willingness.

8.    Copy of the Cash Receipt (Paid for application fee)
9.    Shifting Fee is Rs. 100,000/=
