Application Submission Procedure

Obtain an application form

Applications can be obtained from the Regional Industrial Development Division of the Ministry of Industrial Development or from one of the Regional Industrial Service Centers located in respective areas. (Please see the Names, Address, Telephone Numbers, Fax numbers of Regional Directors)

Submission of the application form

The investor should submit his duly completed application along with the Project Proposal to the Regional Industrial Service Center in the respective area which the investor expects to start his project. The RISC approval for the project will be submitted to the Ministry for Cabinet Approval.

Time period to provide the service

If you provide duly completed application with all other required supportive documents you can get the service within a maximum period of two and a half (2) months.

1. Duly Completed Application Form
   
2. Request letter
   
3. Copy of the Business Registration Certificate (individual or Companies)
   
4. Detailed Project Report
5. Financial Reports etc.
