Objective of the Programme

The job –club members are to be given opportunity to get practical exercises on world of work; collection of vacancies; analyze the collected data; and arrange job matching. This programme is basically aimed to enable job seekers to find and share employment opportunities and thereby to reduce the unemployment.

Methodology

1. Programme is organized at divisional secretariat level.

2. An employment survey is to be conducted.

The programme is conducted island wide parallel to the Job-club training programme
