CECB has been in the fore-front of design and consultation of buildings on a turnkey basis in the country. The construction work undertaken so far range from multi-storeyed buildings and factory type buildings for the board of Investment (BOI) to entire townships suitable for predominantly agricultural areas.

Recently CECB has undertaken rehabilitation and refurbishment of buildings architecturally of an earlier era.

CECB largely depends on its in house expertise. However, in special cases CECB has engaged personel such as reputed architects to strngthen its project teams to suit specific requirements of a specific project.
