� Requirements

Replanting
Land should be registered in the rubber Development Depart Lands planted under the Rubber Replanting/ New planting�subsidy scheme�should complete 20 years�� after planting
�
�New planting
Land suitable to plant rubber
Bare Land or a land without a permanent crop
�
Process of Appling
�
Collect application from Head Office/All the Regional offices / the Rubber Development officer of the area. Application costs Rs. 5.00 for a set. Filled applications should submit by hand or registered post with the relevant documents �to the regional Offices of the relevant district or to the Rubber Development officer of the area.

Documents Needed

�For a New plantation following Documents should be forwarded
Land owned by heritage - A Pedigree and the consent of the other partners
�
�Purchased or a Rewarded land by a deed - The Deed
�
�A leased Private land�-�The deed of leasing
�
�A land owned by a Testimony case order -The courts order
�
�Land owned by a lease agreement of the Land Reform commission�- The�� lease agreement
�
�Crown lands owned under any development scheme�- The deed or the permit

��For a Re-plantation - The permit no. Issued by the Department�

�For plantations Exceeding 4 Acers in extent a Survey Plan should be forwarded
�

Details of exceptions and special Occasions
�
Lands planted under the Subsidy Scheme, but before 20 years of period plantation destroyed�� due to climatic natural disaster or any reasons beyond the control of the planter, the replanting subsidy could be obtained after a special Inspection.
