ATPL Conversion

Eligibility :

Not less than 21 years of age

Completion of technical examinations

Completion of CAASL medical examination

Completion of English Language Proficiency check

Experience: - Flying Hours(As per ICAO Annex 1)

a. Total -1500 hrs

b. 500 hrs - PIC under supervision or 250 hrs as PIC

c. “X” country – 200 hrs (100 hrs -PIC or under supervision)

d. Night Flying – 100 hrs e. Instrument flying – 75 hrs (30 hrs may be ground)

Time to submit application:- 08.30 a.m. – 3 30 p.m. Working Days

Fees Paying to Obtain this Service:- 8576.00 LKR

Period taken to provide the Service (Ordinary Service and Priority Service) 03rd day after completing all the requirements

�Necessary Supporting Documents :- Duly completed application form (CAA/PL/I/04) , Log Book copies of last Three pages, Training Reports, Medical Certificate issued by CAASL Medical board Two copies of stamp size photographs, Foreign licence with IR/relevant A/C types, Foreign medical, passport/National identity card copy.
