1.2 Method of submitting application:

Every working day at 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday 9.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.

Articles of Association Rs .2,000/- + VAT
F 01 (Private) Rs.4,000/- + VAT
F 01 (Public) Rs.20,000/-+ VAT
F 05 (Association) Rs. 30,000/-+ VAT
F 05 (Guarantee) Rs. 30,000/-+ VAT
F 18 (each one form) Rs. 2,000/-+ VAT
F 19 Rs. 2,000/-+ VAT
