Eligibility

• Should have been is receipt of a piece of land of permit under the Land Department Ordinance
• The Land Should have been well Developed
• If the Land given for residence, Should have Constructed a home and living there
• The money due to the State Should have been paid and completed (purchase price)

Method of Submitting Application: Letter of Application Should be Handed over to the Grame niladhari or field Instructor (Should be Handed over to the Divisional Secretary of the Division where land is situated)

Places Where Application Form Could be Obtained: There is no special application form. You can submit application prepared by yourself in the form of a letter.

Payment for Application: No fee is charged

Time to Submit Application: On any weekday during officers excepting govt holidays

Fees Paying to Obtain This Service: Rs.100.00

Period Taken to Provide the Service (Ordinary Service and Priority Service): In about 3 month of receipt by is of the Grant (with tracing) Prepared without short comings.

Necessary Supporting Documents: Recommendation report according to circular no: 2008/1 issued by the Land Commissioner General
