Rupavahini creations telecast over all channels every year from 1st January to 31st December are eligible for awards.
Application forms attached to the Information letter issued in this connection to be perfected and forwarded along with VHS and DVD Rupavahini creations before the closing date to the following address either by Registered Post or by hand –
Director of Cultural Affairs,
Department of Cultural Affairs,
8th Floor,
Sethsiripaya,
Battaramulla.

The relevant description paper and application form can be obtained either by personal representation or by post sending a stamped envelope, giving your address correctly –

No fee will be charged for application.
As notified by media, creations can be handed over personally or before the closing date during office hours.
No fee will be levied for services rendered.

Full names of artistes, address and telephone numbers of all participants in the creations should be furnished with the application form.
Director of Cultural Affairs, Deputy Director of Cultural Affairs, Asst. Director, will serve as Staff Officers in-charge.
Creations in all three mediums , Sinhala, Tamil and English can be forwarded.
