Process of Submitting Applications

There is no special prescribed form. Complaint to be made in writing.

Fees Payable for Obtaining Application Forms
Payment does not arise. It is sufficient to produce a letter giving details

Time at Which Submissions Should be Made
During office hours - From 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.

Fees Payable to Obtain the Service: Does not arise

Time Taken to Providing the Service (Ordinary Service and Priority Service): 14 normal working days.

Supporting Documents Required
Receipts etc. issue by a foreign postal organization, if available, will be helpful but not compulsory.
