Contribution for the Meteorological Exhibitions

Eligibility: Schools, Government and Non-government institutes.

Application Procedure:

Application Counters: Reserve a date by sending a letter to the Director General or Instrument Branch or arriving to the department.

Payments for Application Forms: None

Time to Submit the Application Forms: 9:00am to 3:00pm on weekdays

Service Charges: It is decided on exhibits, officers and the institute that the service is needed.

The Time for the Service(Normal and Prime Services): Not necessary

Required Documents: A letter from the head of the school or institute that the service is needed.

Transport facilities should be provided to carry exhibits and also security of the instruments should be certified.
