Eligibility
A person who has followed a vocational training course at the Vocational Training Authority of Sri Lanka or any other institute under the Ministry of youth affairs.
Process of Submitting Applications
By sending a self-made application or duly perfected specimen form obtained from Vocational guidance, job Placement and Special Programmes Division of the Vocational Training Authority of Sri Lanka to the following address by post.
