Eligibility
- Being a owner of a tea land below 50 acres
Application procedure
Submission of two copies of the completed application to the Tea Smallholdings Development Society in the area
Handing over of those two copies with the recommendation of the society to the Tea Inspector Extension Officer and obtaining the first copy of the two copies certified by him.
Procuring the relevant quantity of fertilizer by tendering the certified first copy of the application to a preferred fertilizer outlet with a payment of Rs.1000/- per bag.
The maximum quantity of subsidy fertilizer that could be obtained for an acre of V.P. tea by a person is 100 Kg (02 bags of 50 Kg each)
The maximum quantity of subsidy fertilizer that could be obtained for an acre of seedling tea by a person is 50 Kg (01 bag of 50 Kg each)
Places where applications could be obtained
From all Regional Offices, Sub Offices, Tea Inspector Extension Officers of the Tea Small Holdings Development Authority, Tea Smallholder Development Societies or a self prepared application according to the application format
