To help economy of the country.

Eligibility

  1. Project assets should be between Rs.10 Mn. to Rs.50 Mn.
  2. Project should be financially sound, technically feasible.
  3. Project should be engaged in a value added activity.

Security

  • Any movable property, immovable property, personal guarantee, etc. acceptable to the Bank.
  • All project assets should be adequately insured and the policy should be assigned to the Bank.

Documents

  1. Loan application
  2. Personal guarantee application
  3. If property mortgage, documents released
