SCPPC-Seed Certification: Conducting post control verification trials for imported seeds and locally produced seeds against complaints

Eligibility
Seed buyers/ farmers/ organizations who has complaints on imported or locally produce seeds may request SCS for verification trials

Process of submitting request
(i) request the DD(SCS) by letter/ email with detail information.
(ii) after the approval of the DD, SCS officer will draw the sample
(iii) The sample will be tested at SCS seed testing laboratories or/and fields

Time of submission the request
During office hours

Fees for obtaining the service
depend on the sample and the problem

Documents in proof
complaints should be proved with necessary documents

Time taken to provide the service
depend on the crop and the complaint
