Requirements: An individual or an establishment conducting an animal farm at present or expecting to initiate a farm. Applications are available: Government Veterinary Office in the vicinity where the farm located. Fee for the application: not charged Time of submission: From 8.30 a.m to 4.15 p.m during the office hours of the weekdays Service charge: none Duration takes at providing the service: from 07 to 14 days Required certificates: A Registration certificate issued by a Field Officer at the Veterinary Office after the inspection of the farm Staff Officers in charge of the services:
