Projects approved under the Section 4b of the National Environment Act

Procedure for submitting applications
An action is taken for the applications forwarded to UDA by the Central Environmental Authority.

Inquiries about the applications forwarded to UDA:
The inquiries can be made about the application forwarded�to UDA� during any week day between 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

Service Charge
Charges are imposed on the estimated value of the Project and on the recommendations made by the Central Environmental Authority

Time taken to provide the service
Basic Investigation Report - 3 months
Environmental Impact Assessment Report - 6 months

Supporting documents required
1.A Project Report
2.A copy of the Survey plan,
3.A copy of the Building Plan if available
4.A sketch showing the access route to the land
5.Recommendations from the other relevant institutions
