• Lagging Plantaion Region
• Identified infrastructure development proposal should contribute to sports development, temple constructions, community & cultural development
• Viable proposal covering a wide number of benificiaries.

Method of submitting application :-

• Low income group with capability and commitment
• Vocational Trainig or other relevant training / or experience or proof of commitment
• Sustainable proposal with marketing and other arrangements, equity contribution is recommended.

Written Request through GS/DS or relevant agencies including PHDT

Time to submit application :- Any time

Fees paying to obtain this service:- None

Period taken to provide the Service (Ordinary Service and Priority Service)
Three months to one year
