Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka or Civil Aviation Authority web site www.caa.lk

Payment for application:- 1143.00 LKR (Above 60 years) 2287.00 LKR(Below 60 years)

Time to submit application:- 08.30 a.m. – 3 30 p.m. Working Days

Fees paying to obtain this service:- 1972.00 LKR (Above 60 years) 3945.00 LKR (Below 60 years)

Period taken to provide the Service (Ordinary Service and Priority Service) Ordinary service - 03rd day after completing all the requirements & 02 hrs for same day service (when the documentary requirement is duly completed)

Necessary Supporting Documents :- Duly completed application form (CAA/PL/R/03) , Log Book copies of last Three pages, Pilots Proficiency Check Reports and Medical Certificate issued by CAASL Medical board.
