Eligibility
The complaint can be made by the person who sent the money order or the person in favour of whom it was sent or any other person connected with it.

Process of Submitting Applications

Places From Where Applications can be Obtained
Controller of Money Order Services, All Post Offices, Sub Post Office and Agency Post Offices.

Fees for Obtaining Application Forms: Nil

Hours for Submitting Applications
Any time during which the above Post Offices including the Money Order Services Office are open.

Fees Payable for Obtaining the Service: Revalidation fees

Time Taken for Providing the Service (Ordinary Services and Priority Services): Approximately two weeks.

Supporting Documents Required
All the money orders to be revalidate should be submitted (In case of more than 03 money orders, a list giving particulars of money orders should also be annexed)

Staff Officers in Charge of the Services

In the absence of a complaint form, the complaint can be made by means of a letter giving details. Revalidation and repayment from revenue will be made subject to sections 44 and 45 of the Post Office Ordinance and the Regulation 372 of the Post Office Guide.
