Maximum Service charge is 3% on Construction Estimate Depending on Complication of the Plan, Extent of the Land and No. of Floors.

Time Taken to Provide the Service
Preparation of Architectural plan within 1 month
BOQ within 2 months
Construction supervision Throughout the construction period
