Change of Tariff

Pre-Requisite
Applicant should be either the owner or the current occupant of the premises.
All bills should have been settled.
The premises must satisfy the criteria for the tariff applied for.

Required Documents

  1. Photo copy of a paid bill (last bill)
  2. Photocopy of National ID.

How to Make Applications
By a request letter to relevant Area Engineer’s office.

Application Fees
No application fees.

Application Submission Times
On Week days 09:00 am - 14:00 pm

Cost for Obtaining Service
Should have settled the last bill fully.
If the present deposit is not enough, additional deposit should be paid.

Time to Provide Service ( Normal and priority services)
After inspection of site if tariff change is required, it will be informed in writing. After payment of applicable deposit tariff will be changed from the next bill
