Eligibility:

1. When Community Boards are established, one Board should be established in each Grama Sevaka Division.
2. Permanent residents of the relevant Grama Sevaka Division can obtain membership.
3. Those who have completed 18 years of age can obtain membership
4. At least 25 persons should participate.

Process Submitting Applications

Places From Where Applications can be obtained
From Community Development Officer of the Kesbawa Urban Council on working days except Wednesday.

Fees Payable for Obtaining Application: No fees.

Hours for Submitting Application
During week days between 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.

Charges to be Paid for Services: No charges are made.

Time Taken for the Service (Ordinary Service and Priority Service): About a month.

Supporting Document Required

1. Report of the Community Board
2. List of names of office-bearers/ addresses
3. Attendance Register
4. Description of the services to be rendered
5. Letter requesting registration in the council.
