To develop early child hood of small children who are living in area of authority of the pradeshiya sabha two pre-schools are been maintain at present.
1. Munasinghagama , Magammana
2. Mullegama, Habarakada road, Homagama.   

Admission of children for these pre- schools.
- Applications are called in respect of the children more than 4 years and less than 6 years of age during the first month of the year.
- Application forms can be obtained from the pre-school
