Fee for the application: Free of charged
Time of submission: From 8.30 a.m to 4.15 p.m weekdays
Service chargee: Free of charge
Duration takes at providing the service: 03 working days
Documents to be submitted for importation:
· Application form
· Proforma invoice
· Processing procedure of the product.( For Processed meat)
· Copy of the HACCP certificate of the processing plant. (For Processed meat)
· Microbiological test report (As per the guideline given by Cordex alimentarius)
· Copy of the Registration Certificate of the establishment/ plant at the local government.
· Specimen of the International Veterinary Health Certificate issued by the Government authority.
· If country of export is different: Country of Origin Certificate
· Specimen of International Veterinary Health Certificate issued
by the Government authority.
