Granting CEYPETCO New Dealerships

Following documents should be submitted with the approval of the relevant Minister as Petroleum Regulator. All applicants should be Sri Lankan Citizen

Relevant Title Deeds / Lease Bonds confirming the ownership of land.(Dimension of the proposed site in ft should not less than 125" x 125" and facing main roads)
A true copy of the Survey Plan.
The Street-line & Non-vesting Certificate verified and demarcated by the relevant Provincial Council officials.
A requesting letter with all relevant communication details of the applicant.
Business registration certificate.
Duly executed partnership agreement.
In case of Multi Purpose Co-operative Society Certificate of Registration of Society.
Memorandum of Articles of Association in the case of a limited liability company.
Other documentary evidence in support of financial assets.
