Eligibility Should not be a person who purchased a house/ a housing unit in a flat/a housing Property or a plot of land from NHDA to construct a house Places where applications are available From the District Office where advertised and for sale is situated. Fees payable to obtain applications: Non refundable deposit of Rs 100/- and refundable deposit of Rs 1000/- When to submit application During the days and time as mentioned in the Newspaper advertisement. Fees payable to obtain service : Nil Duration to provide service (Normal and Prime services) After interviewing the applicants, minimum of 03 months take to select beneficiaries Documents required : Grama Seva Certificate to confirm the residency in the Divisional Secretariat Area where the land plot belongs to.
